First time enrollers in Paperless Billing automatically receive timely Payment Alerts to help manage bills. You’ll receive email and/or text notifications when your bill is ready to view and pay or if a payment is overdue.

Add up to five different email addresses or mobile numbers to help everyone who manages stay informed.

Customers already on Paperless Billing can easily add Payment Alerts:

• Sign into My Account
• Select Manage Communication Preferences.
• If you manage multiple accounts, select the account you want to update.
• Add or update your email or text information in the Billing section under Payment Alerts.
• Select Save Changes to activate your alerts.
