Invoice Cloud is a vendor that allows National Fuel customers to pay by phone and accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Electronic Check. Pay by phone 24/7, even outside of regular business hours. Use your landline or mobile device to make a secure payment using our automated phone payment system by calling:

You can pay your gas bill at a National Fuel Customer Assistance Center or authorized payment center.
Customer Assistance Centers are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.

Enter your ZIP/Postal Code. Click on “Pay a bill in person” and click continue.
National Fuel payments are only accepted at Convenience Pay and Quick Collect locations.
To filter your search results for Convenience Pay and Quick collect click on “More filters”.
Under “Pay a Bill” check the boxes for “Convenience Pay” and/or “Quick Collect” and click the continue button.
Note: Convenience Pay processes cash or check, Quick Collect processes cash only.
Don’t worry about paying your bill at all! Enroll in AutoPay. Your bills will be automatically paid on the due date each billing cycle, using your default credit card or bank account. This will avoid any late fees and free you from having to remember when to pay.
Pay by Text
Enroll in Pay by Text. After making a one-time payment via our website or making a payment with our automated payment system you can store your payment method and you’ll have the option to respond via text to pay your bill.
You choose when to pay. Scheduled payments are individual payments that you schedule for any date you designate prior to the bill due date. The date of a scheduled payment can be changed as long as it is adjusted before the date scheduled.
Reduce paper clutter and the need to file or shred documents. Go paperless to receive bills, reminders, and receipts via email. You will receive an email notification each time a new bill is ready for you to view and pay.
