Any NY non-residential account less than 5,000 Mcf per year and any New York “Critical Care” customer account of any annual consumption that does not have alternate fuel capability on site applying for aggregation service will be required to meet the capacity allocation requirement under S.C. 19. All such applicants will be defined as “converting customers” without preference over existing sales customer applicants.
