  4. Submit your agency agreement
Complete and submit a signed agency agreement at least 10 business days before the first of the month when you want service to begin.

Agency agreements

An agency agreement authorizes your chosen gas supplier to manage your natural gas supply on your behalf. You must complete this agreement in full, including your authorized signature, no later than 10 business days prior to the first of the month when the agreement takes effect.

Managing multiple accounts
If you need to enroll multiple accounts under one customer name, complete the multiple accounts spreadsheet and attach it to your agency agreement.
