Shellie Stone joined Seneca Resources in 2021 as Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2025. She oversees all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Compliance. Shellie has nearly 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has held the Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR) designation since 2004.

Shellie earned a B.S. in Sociology and an MBA, both from Oklahoma State University.
