Whenever you have a question, problem or a complaint about your gas service or bill, please call us. It is the fastest method of communicating with us to resolve any problems you may have. Our representatives are dedicated to providing you with a fair and prompt response to your call.
You can also visit one of our centralized Consumer Assistance Centers, which are staffed with experienced representatives who can answer your service- and billing-related questions, or contact us to send us your questions, comments and suggestions.
