Ben was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Seneca Resources Company, LLC in January 2025.  He joined Seneca as Deputy General Counsel in September 2013, and was named Vice President and General Counsel in October 2017. He oversees the Company’s Legal, Human Resources, Stakeholder Relations and Land departments.

Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law.
