Based on volume, Highland is the largest handler of produced fluids in the Pennsylvania Marcellus/Utica Shale region.
Job Responsibilities
The Water Management Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Prepare and support regulatory reporting by coordinating with internal departments, compiling required details, creating/reviewing Excel summaries, and coordinating submittals
- Assist with contract review, implementation, and ongoing maintenance; monitor performance and documentation to help ensure compliance with applicable legal agreements
- Review and interpret complex operational and financial data related to oil and gas activities; communicate findings clearly and concisely to the team
- Support project coordination by receiving, reviewing, and tracking customer and vendor invoices; analyze supporting data to confirm accuracy and ensure timely, appropriate processing
- Comply with Highland’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree (2-year) preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, accounting support, or related administrative work preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and complex spreadsheets)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across departments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America.
Highland Field Services offers a competitive salary, hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is not eligible for relocation.
