PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assisting in the administration of the Company’s equity compensation and dividend reinvestment plans. Principal tasks include:
- Preparation of new equity award grant templates
- Processing of vested equity awards, including coordination with internal departments, third-party service provider, and the Company’s transfer agent
- Preparation of SEC Section 16 forms
- Participant demographic updates and tax allocation changes
- Termination of equity awards
- Quarterly blackout notifications
- Preparation of year-end reports
- Assisting retail shareholders with questions regarding their Company stock holdings
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Finance or other related field with relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently
- Professional, clear and efficient communication (both verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
- Demonstrated confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Flexibility required to occasionally work a non-standard schedule
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Finance or other related field
- Paralegal / contract administration skills
- Cloud-based application experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $62,500 – $78,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
