PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform analyses of the Company’s Utility Accounts Receivable balance and payment trends
- Evaluate vendor creditworthiness by analyzing relevant financial data and preparing reports for management
- Monitor security obtained by the Company and prepare analyses, as needed
- Assist with daily Cash Management responsibilities, including processing electronic payments, balancing bank accounts, and monitoring incoming payments
- Support cash planning/forecasting across all Company subsidiaries
- Collaborate with Finance Management to develop enhancements to existing processes with a focus on improvement and creating efficiencies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related Business field
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete departmental tasks in a timely manner
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated to work effectively and collaboratively in cross functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

- Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
- Advanced Microsoft Excel & data analytics knowledge

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $60,500 – 75,000

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
