PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and update Midstream’s budgeted and forecasted spending in collaboration with cross‑functional team members and departments
- Analyze actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted expectations, delivering clear and meaningful variance explanations
- Prepare and maintain monthly cost tracking reports, including timely and accurate accruals
- Provide analytical support to Midstream through key metric monitoring, vendor analysis, and broader trend evaluation
- Create presentation materials to support effective communication of information and insights to leadership and key
- Assist with curtailment forecasting and downtime reporting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related discipline
- 1-3 years of work experience within the energy industry
- Proficient in Microsoft products, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Must be able to work well in a fast paced, team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong computer skills required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in accounting, budgeting, and/or forecasting
- Experience in Peoplesoft Financials

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $62,000 – $72,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
