PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative and general office support for Facilities activities (including maintenance, repairs, capital projects, contractor coordination, and facilities documentation).
- Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and related procurement documentation.
- Maintain facilities records, equipment inventories, maintenance schedules, vendor files, and project tracking systems.
- Support Facilities personnel through reporting, scheduling, document management, and coordination of contractor and service activities.
- Provide administrative support for other discrete functions including Public Awareness, Encroachments, other Land Department initiatives, and the Risk Department.
- Maintain department records, databases, SharePoint sites, reports, and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and departmental communications.
- Assist with special projects and integration initiatives as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and interpret data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- An Associate degree with a concentration in Legal or Business-related field preferred
- Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PeopleSoft Financials and Time & Labor and OnBase

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The rate of pay for this position is $23 – $25/hr.
