PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Safety Administrative Assistant will perform an array of administrative functions associated with supporting the Company’s personal and pipeline safety team and initiatives. Duties and responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
· Creating, updating, and maintaining records in various internal and cloud-based computer systems
· Producing, editing, and archiving safety tips
· Supporting the Safety Incentive Program
· Assisting with annual regulatory report preparation
· Assisting with updates to the Employee Safety Handbook, Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, Learning Management System trainings, and Safety intranet resources
· Scheduling and/or coordinating meetings, training programs, DOT physicals, etc.
· Processing, cataloging, and tracking invoices and ordering and tracking supplies
· Performing various other functions assigned by Safety Team members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
IONS· High School Diploma or equivalent is required
· Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Demonstrated experience working effectively in a corporate team environment
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-functioning environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree with a concentration in Business Administration or Business-related field preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The rate for this position is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour.
