The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission recently approved the attached updated version of the Data Security Agreement (“DSA”) and Self-Attestation (“SA”) in Docket No. R-2022-3035880. The updated DSA and SA include the substantive changes that were requested by multiple parties, including a lowered cybersecurity insurance requirement in the amount of $2,000,000. At this time, NFGDC is requesting that all parties sign and return the attached DSA and SA, without changes or qualifications, by July 31, 2023. Additionally, each party is required to submit to NFGDC a certificate of insurance evidencing that they have acquired the requisite amount of cybersecurity insurance in accordance with the terms of the DSA.
