PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger System and Cash Management System
- Process transfers and disbursement payments
- Prepare and records daily bank activity within General Ledger System
- Prepare and process unclaimed funds report for various states
- Review and correction of cash funds and working funds
- Reconcile depository bank balances to customer information system
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations, monthly journal entries for accounting period close
- Prepare and review cash collateral reference files
- Deposit checks received utilizing external check scanner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Mathematical/analytical skills
- Excellent organizational/communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials
- Prior experience in Banking, Finance or Accounting related fields

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a position within the Company’s collective bargaining unit with a starting hourly rate of pay of $25.42/hr, after 6 months $27.09/hr, and 1 year $29.91/hr.
