PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day to day operations in the Mechanical Dept for fleet repairs, tool repairs, vehicle new services, and tool new services
- Approve/Decline vendor repairs
- Perform vendor visits in order to communicate/manage expectations. Will include travel across NY & PA NFG Territory – including overnight stays.
- Assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle and equipment replacement.
- Manage capital tool budget / purchase new capital tools.
- Manage annual capital tool audit.
- Oversee MSW CNG system integrity and maintenance.
- Schedule and oversee Gas Cam services to support Operations.
- Assist in designing, bidding, ordering, and up-fitting of new fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Oversee and schedule all crane inspections and maintenance Company wide.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
- Prior experience in technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to respond to emergency, after hours calls as needed.
- Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in fleet management – with knowledge of tools/equipment
- Experience managing/leading employees.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $60,500 – $75,000.

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
