Supplier Diversity Framework
Purpose:
The purpose of the National Fuel Gas Company Supplier Diversity Framework is to support regulatory reporting requirements to which the Company is subject to, identify and encourage diverse suppliers to participate in National Fuel’s procurement efforts along with other entities, and create a positive economic impact in the communities served by National Fuel or otherwise located within the footprint where National Fuel conducts its operations.
Objectives:
National Fuel is committed to fairly considering and, when appropriate, utilizing Diverse Suppliers to support the Company’s strategic sourcing of goods and services. Diverse Suppliers that seek to do business with National Fuel must provide high-quality goods and services that are competitively priced, reliable and conform to a specified business need.

National Fuel is committed to building a strong Supplier Diversity Framework that consists of internal and external deliverables to help sustain program success for all stakeholders.
Diverse Supplier Registration
National Fuel has established a vendor registration application process, which is administered to encourage fair competition and provide interested and qualified vendors with an opportunity to offer their products and services. Diverse Suppliers interested in partnering with National Fuel must offer high-quality, competitively priced, and reliable goods and services that meet our specific business needs.
