Shippers that contract for National’s FT service will be able to customize their service by choosing from a number of primary receipt and primary delivery points. All receipt and delivery points are also available on a secondary basis, providing the shipper with added flexibility. Shippers also have the ability to mitigate reservation costs by releasing capacity to others either in whole or in part on a temporary or permanent basis.

• Open access transportation is available to all qualified shippers on a firm basis. New facilities can be constructed, if necessary and if economically feasible.
• Availability of long-term FT service is determined on a case-by-case basis. If capacity is unavailable, the costs and feasibility of system expansions for new or incremental facilities will be evaluated.
• Real-time measurement is required at primary receipt points and all delivery points.
• Flexible scheduling utilizing primary and/or secondary points.
• Capacity may be released to qualified bidders on a prearranged basis or by posting for bidding.
• Offers direct access to various on-system LDCs and off-system markets.

National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (NFGSC) is a full service natural gas transmission and storage company that provides innovative and creative solutions to help our shippers meet today’s market challenges. NFGSC offers firm and interruptible transportation and storage services to meet our shippers’ needs, along with a variety of hub services to take advantage of opportunities at the Ellisburg-Leidy Hub. NFGSC also has a Daily Capacity Desk, which is able to respond to requests for rate discounts quickly in order to capture daily pricing arbitrage opportunities.

When economic opportunities arise, turn to our IT service to take advantage of operationally available capacity on our system.

• Open access transportation is performed on an interruptible basis when and where capacity is available.
• We offer blanket receipt and delivery points.
• Discounted rates are negotiable for delivery to downstream pipelines or for back-hauls to upstream pipelines.

Pursuant to Supply’s March 11, 2024 Motion to Place Interim Settlement Rates into Effect in Docket No. RP23-929, the following rates are applicable to all shippers beginning with the month of April 2024:

IG Commodity Rate and FG Overrun Rate: $0.1520
FG Reservation Rate: $52.7006
In addition, the applicable ACA rate beginning October 1, 2023, rate is $0.0014.

These rates are effective subject to refund or surcharge pending the settlement of RP23-929-000.

• This service offers the aggregation of natural gas quantities nominated for transportation under the FT, EFT, FST or IT rate schedules.
• A pool aggregator may establish a pool at any/all of six specific market pool points: Aliquippa, New Castle, Oswayo, Sweden, Ridgway, and Wales.
• A commodity charge will be assessed for all gas scheduled into any market pool administered by the pool aggregator.
