Lee serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of National Fuel Gas Company. He also holds the roles of General Counsel and Secretary of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, with additional responsibilities overseeing the Company’s audit services, land, and risk management departments, as well as legal departments for the Company’s regulated subsidiaries.

Lee joined National Fuel in 2004 as an attorney and since that time has received numerous promotions and added responsibilities, most recently being promoted to Vice President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation in 2021.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Alleghany College and received his Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota.
