Lance is the senior vice president of operations for Seneca Resources Company, LLC, a position he has held since joining the company in 2026. In this role, he oversees all aspects of Seneca’s operations, including operational services and environmental health and safety.

Before his current position, Lance was the senior vice president of operations at Encino Energy. He has also held various roles at Halcon Resources Corporation and Swift Energy Company.

Lance holds two bachelor’s degrees: one in petroleum engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and another in biological sciences from Louisiana State University.
