Jeffrey was named as Seneca Resources Company, LLC’s vice president, environmental health safety and quality in 2014 where he oversees safety and regulatory compliance for employees and contractors. He joined Seneca Resources in 2010 and has more than 36 years of experience in completions, production, midstream, EHS and compliance.

Jeffrey graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering. He is a registered professional engineer.
