Douglas is vice president, environmental engineering for Seneca Resources Company, LLC’s east division. He joined Seneca Resources in 2007 and has nearly 40 years of environmental engineering experience.
Douglas was promoted to vice president in 2011 and his responsibilities include the oversight of the environmental engineering group’s project engineering, construction and compliance, water management and geomatics departments. He also serves as vice president of Seneca Resources’ water management subsidiary, Highland Field Services.
Douglas earned his bachelor’s degree in environmental resource management from Penn State University and a master’s degree in biology from Clarion University.
