Enhanced Energy Affordability Program (EEAP)
EEAP is a new discount program for income-qualified households across New York State.
National Fuel customers can receive a monthly credit ranging between $1 – $3
*Discounts are subject to change
To be eligible for EEAP:
• Have an active National Fuel account
• Not receive public assistance benefits, such as HEAP
• Not already be enrolled in EAP
• Meet income guidelines
*Customers who receive HEAP are automatically enrolled in EAP and should not apply for EEAP. Only one discount program is available per customer.
To qualify for EEAP, you will need to meet the income guidelines in the chart below.
Income Guidelines are as of June 1, 2026 and are subject to change.
