In accordance with the provisions given in the General Information Section of our New York tariff (General Information Section II.20.E), NFGDC is declaring an Under-delivery Operational Flow Order for gas scheduled to flow to Monthly-Metered Transportation (STBA and SC-16) and NY Daily Metered Transportation (DMT) market pools beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time on Friday, January 23, 2026 and will remain in effect until 10:00 am Eastern Standard time on Sunday, January 25, 2026. This action is being taken to safeguard the operational integrity of the NFGDC system given the forecasted colder than normal weather.
Deliveries to STBA and SC-16 pools on the NFGDC system must be at least ninety-eight percent, 98%, of the aggregated daily delivery quantities (ADDQ’s) posted daily on the NFG website. Deliveries less than 98% will be subject to penalty charges specified in tariff General Information Section II.20.E. Distribution is requesting that all Market Pool Operators make every attempt to match deliveries to their posted Daily Delivery Quantities (DDQ’s).
Delivery tolerances for the first imbalance tier for NY DMT pools is reduced to 98% and the “no harm, no-foul” rule shall not apply to Deficiency Imbalances from 0-2%.
