Service & Rates
National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (Supply), a subsidiary of National Fuel Gas Company, plans to seek approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to construct various new pipeline facilities in Mercer, Lawrence, Beaver, Washington, and Greene Counties, Pennsylvania to modernize various portions of the Line N system and expand access to locally produced natural gas.
The Line N System Upgrade Project will consist of:

| September 2026 | Commence acquisition of necessary land rights |
| October-November 2026 | Submit State & Federal applications for regulatory approvals & permitting, including FERC 7(b) & 7(c) Certificate |
| October 2027 | Anticipated FERC Approval |
| January 2028 | Anticipated receipt of all environmental permits and commencement of timber clearing and site activities |
| Early Spring 2028 | Construction begins |
| Fall 2028 | Target in-service date |
