What You Need to Know When Working With Us
Seneca Resources seeks vendors who share our commitment to safe and reliable operations and are steadfast about maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free work environment. These vendors will comply with applicable laws and regulations as well as be good stewards of the environment in which Seneca Resources operates. Additionally, vendors that are doing business with us are expected to honor our supplier code of conduct.

New Vendors
The first step to working with us is to complete the vendor registration form, which includes information about your technical expertise, safety performance and programs, and your business locations. Our Supply Chain group will review your information and may invite you to respond to a competitive bid based upon our current requirements.
Vendor Safety Requirements
Vendors who provide services on our locations are also required to:
- Download and review the EHS briefing below
- Complete an onsite safety orientation before beginning any onsite work
- Maintain an active and compliant ISNetworld subscription
- Provide through ISNetworld the ongoing required safety information
Vendors who fail to meet our safety requirements will not be allowed to work onsite.

Invoices
Vendors must submit invoices electronically. Please review the invoice submittal instructions.
Asset Recovery
From time to time, we may have surplus assets that we wish to sell. If you are interested in purchasing any surplus equipment, please contact our asset management team at AssetMgmt@srcx.com.
