PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting National Fuel’s Pipeline Safety Management System (PSMS) through oversight of the Safety Observation Reporting program and working closely with departments involved in PSMS to ensure compliance with American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practice 1173.
- Administering programs maintained through our safety management software solution, DevonWay.
- Developing new or expanding existing safety initiatives or programs.
- Assisting the other team members of the Safety Department as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
- ‘Advanced’ Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to be proactive and take initiative
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Operations, Engineering, or Audit experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Accounting, Statistics or similar discipline.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary for this position is $58,500 – $88,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
