Job Responsibilities
The EHSQ Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the EHS & Sustainability team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Supporting the EHSQ & Sustainability Team with data gathering, analysis, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing, updating, and submitting Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Preparedness, Prevention, and Contingency (PPC) Plans to regulatory agencies
- Coordinating with internal departments and contractors to collect information required for regulatory submissions
- Inputting and updating information in EHS Systems (e.g., incident reports in KPA)
- Communicating with contractors to ensure safety expectations and performance criteria are met
- Preparing, updating, and submitting Tier II Chemical Disclosures
- Compiling EHS metrics and statistics, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for review
- Supporting the EHSQ & Sustainability Team with other administrative tasks as requested
- Comply with Seneca’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Relevant work experience in administrative or support roles beneficial
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge and experience with ISNetworld a plus
- Ability to self-manage tasks and deadlines
The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America.
