CONSUMER BUSINESS SUPERVISOR – ERIE, PA
National Fuel is currently seeking a Consumer Business Supervisor for an outstanding career opportunity in our Consumer Business department located in Erie, PA. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct management and support of hourly employees in an office setting.
- Being part of a team that oversees the Call Center, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Accounting, Collections or Special Assistance.
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations, achieving service quality performance goals, and providing excellent service to our customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity

The rate of pay for the Customer Service Business Supervisor will be commensurate with experience.
