National Fuel is currently seeking a full-time Clerk for an outstanding career opportunity at our Liberty Office located at 644 Vailtown Road, Liberty, PA 16930. The candidate must be available to work Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. As a member of the National Fuel team, you will enjoy an exciting and challenging work environment where top performance is recognized and rewarded.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Clerk will perform business office activities to support operations for National Fuel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer service, information processing, interfacing with contractors and personnel at National Fuel within multiple departments
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering telephone calls, typing, postings, filing, work orders, payroll, and data entry
- Maintain records related to operations and invoice payments (manual and computer based)
- Warehouse and inventory materials management related to daily operations and maintenance activity
- Create work orders, purchase orders, requisitions and account payable documentation to support field operations
- Create and gather data for daily operational reports, consolidate information as requested
- Maintain various records and files for regulatory or performance tracking purposes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft office programs
- Three to five years of advanced administrative/clerical experience
- Excellent customer service/communication skills in person, in written form and via telephone
- Basic literacy skills. The ability to read, accurately interpret and analyze written information and legibly prepare written documentation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the natural gas / energy industry
- Technical Business school degree
- Experience using SAP and/or PeopleSoft applications

This position will be paid an hourly rate of pay consistent with the applicant’s level of experience.
