To All Pennsylvania Suppliers:
National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (“NFGDC”) previously sent all Pennsylvania parties with access to NFGDC’s utility business systems a Data Security Agreement (“DSA”) and Self-Attestation (“SA”). NFGDC extended the return date for the DSA and SA due in part to an ongoing Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“PaPUC”) proceeding that directly involved both agreements. At this time, NFGDC is requiring all of the aforementioned parties to return a signed DSA and SA, without changes or qualifications, by May 13, 2022. Additionally, each party is required to submit to NFGDC a certificate of insurance evidencing that they have acquired the requisite amount of cybersecurity insurance in accordance with the terms of the DSA. If you have already returned a signed DSA and SA to NFGDC, you need only submit a certificate of cybersecurity insurance at this time. All submissions can be made to TSSsupport@natfuel.com.
Further, many parties participated in a collaborative process that resulted in an updated version of the DSA and SA. NFGDC is currently preparing to submit the updated DSA and SA to the PaPUC as part of a tariff filing. In the meantime, however, the current version of the DSA and SA are included in NFGDC’s PaPUC-approved tariff, and compliance with the DSA and SA are a condition of continued service on NFGDC’s system.
