To All Pennsylvania Suppliers:
National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (“NFGDC”) previously sent all Pennsylvania suppliers with access to NFGDC’s utility business systems a Data Security Agreement (“DSA”) and Self-Attestation (“SA”). In light of substantive feedback recently received from some parties identifying difficulties in acquiring the requisite level of cybersecurity insurance, and taking into account NFGDC’s current system capabilities and protections, NFGDC will lower the cybersecurity insurance requirement from $5,000,000 to $2,000,000. To effectuate this change, NFGDC will incorporate the lower cybersecurity insurance requirement into a revised DSA, along with the other changes that resulted from previous collaborative discussions, and make a tariff filing to seek PaPUC approval of the changes. Accordingly, at this time NFGDC is requiring parties to return a signed DSA and SA, without changes or qualifications by July 29, 2022, but it will hold the cybersecurity insurance provision in abeyance until the PaPUC has an opportunity to review and act on the revised tariff. If you have already returned a signed DSA and SA to NFGDC, no additional action is needed at this time. All submissions can be made to TSSsupport@natfuel.com.
