As referenced in the Critical Notice posted on National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation’s (NFGSC) website on June 26, 2023, NFGSC has scheduled an outage in September 2023 that will likely impact marketers that receive released capacity from National Fuel Gas Distribution (NFGDC) as part of the NY STBA program.  Please review the notice on NFGSC’s website for details and we advise you to contact NFGSC if you have further questions.

Marketers are expected to meet their daily delivery requirements and NFGDC advises marketers/suppliers to plan accordingly to ensure delivery requirements are met.
